We use that information for one purpose: answering your enquiry. We do not sell it, we do not share it for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you got in touch.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, if you go ahead, performing the contract.

Enquiries sent through this website are handled by the website provider that hosts it on our behalf, and are stored on their systems so we can read and answer them. They act on our instructions and do not use your information for their own purposes.

The assistant on this site is provided by a third-party AI service and your messages to it are processed to answer you.

This website uses a session cookie so the site works. We do not run advertising cookies on it.

We keep enquiries as long as we need them to deal with them and for our records, and then delete them.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, and object to our using it.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (the ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.

We update this page when our practices change. This policy covers this website only; if you follow a link to another organisation's site, their privacy policy governs what happens there.
